Let me be honest with you — I’m a gym person. I train regularly, I care about what I put in my body, and I’ve been around the supplement world long enough to know what it actually looks like behind the labels.
Growing up around our grandfather’s store in Rampur Bushahr, I saw food in its most honest form — Kinnauri rajmah from the farm, raw mountain honey untouched by heat, chilgoza harvested by hand at altitude. Real protein. Real nutrition.
